New buildings in the Old Slaughterhouse in Poznań

The revitalization project of the historic Old Slaughterhouse complex in Poznań, which is being implemented by our office, has finally seen the light of day.

The investment covers nearly 5.5 hectares of post-industrial land in the very center of Poznań. According to the assumptions, the historic buildings of the former meat plants from the beginning of the 20th century will be restored and converted into commercial and gastronomic premises.

Buildings from the times of the People's Republic of Poland will be demolished and in their place new residential and office buildings will be built.

The usable area of the complex will be just over 80,000 sqm
